Local Pickup:
Orders may be picked up from our home office in West Omaha, Nebraska during business hours. We will call you when order is ready for pickup, possibly as soon as 2 hours!

Exchange Policy-In Store and Online:   

*Online Exchanges: In the event your item is not to your liking, you may Contact us at info@bluepom.com within 14 days of receiving order for exchange of equal value. Customer pays return shipping.
