Design "topper" is approximately: 21" long x 9 1/4" tall which mounts on a 60" pole. Intricately laser cut from 14 gauge steel with 3 protective coatings that baked on to prevent rust or fading for years. Wind-cups have sealed ball bearings to gently turn in any breeze, an EWNS directional that tells the direction the wind is coming from.
